Join us on April 24th for the 2nd Annual NOLA Gold Ruby Luncheon to benefit the NOLA Gold Foundation. Proceeds will provide sporting equipment to local children’s Rugby teams to encourage good health, manners and the competitive spirit.
The NOLA Gold Foundation works to bring the sport of rugby to all children in our community and to help at-risk kids achieve success through the training in sports business.
The Foundation has recently partnered with the state-based organization, Louisiana Rugby, as well as the Jefferson Parish Parks & Recreation Department. We are in the process of creating & developing 50 youth rugby programs throughout the state before the start of our 2021 season, with responsibilities to:
-Provide coaching and certified volunteers
-Provide all the necessary equipment
-Double the number of high school teams
-Grow rugby statewide
