DESCRIPTION:Bravery at its Best\nKelly C. O’Mahoney was from Mandeville\, LA. She began playing soccer at Mandeville Soccer Club at the age of 10. She played many sports for Fontainebleau High School including tennis\, track and field\, where she competed in pole-vaulting and hurdles\, but her passion was always soccer. She was involved with several clubs at school. She started Girl Scouts in kindergarten and continued all the way through high school. Kelly earned the Girl Scout Gold Award in June of 2012\, the highest award in Girl Scouting. She loved team sports and hanging out with her friends. \nAfter graduating High School\, Kelly became a collegiate soccer player at Mississippi College in Clinton\, MS. She competed in the Miss Mississippi College Pageant in January of 2013 and received runner-up. In addition to being an athlete\, she was a talented singer and Dean’s List student. Everyone knew Kelly to be a beautiful\, strong\, and determined woman. Fiercely loyal to her family and friends\, she valued life and fair play above all.

DESCRIPTION:The average hospital stay for our recovering warriors is about 300 days.  Following the healing of physical wounds\, many of them are challenged with the “invisible wounds” of Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) for a lifetime. \n\n\nWilling Warriors is a privately-funded 501 (c)(3) charitable organization offering cost-free getaways from the hospital environment where Warriors and their families can come to relax\, spend quality time together\, and reconnect.  Our programs include more than 40+ cost-free educational and recreational activities\, including seminars that address the issues of dealing with PTS and TBI. DESCRIPTION:The We Lift You Up fund helps women find a sisterhood of support and path forward after a cancer diagnosis.  A 501c3 public charity established in 2012. \n\n\n\n\nWhen someone hears the words\, “You have cancer”\, life is never the same.  Since 2012\, You Night’s WE LIFT YOU UP FUND (a 501c3 public charity) has helped thousands of women find much needed support and resources after a cancer diagnosis.  Our programs help women discover their power\, and learn that they are not defined by their diagnosis. Finding a support system is crucial for cancer survivors as it significantly improves health outcomes and enhances emotional\, psychological\, and physical well-being during and after a treatment journey. The You Night Sisterhood support network provides a sense of belonging and understanding that can alleviate feelings of isolation and anxiety.  Our sisterhood fosters a community of shared experiences\, where individuals can exchange coping strategies\, gain valuable insights\, and feel validated in their struggles. Nobody should battle cancer alone!   Together we are truly stronger\, and through our programs\, we foster resilience and optimism\, while empowering cancer survivors to navigate their recovery with greater confidence and hope.
