Xavier’s 40 Under 40
As part of its historic Centennial celebration, Xavier University of Louisiana is proud to announce its 2025 class of 40 Under Forty honorees—a distinguished group of alumni who exemplify the Xavier legacy of excellence, leadership, service, and impact in their communities and professions.
The 2025 class will be honored at the Xavier 40 Under Forty Awards during the University’s Centennial Homecoming festivities on November 6, 2025, at the Higgins Hotel, 1000 Magazine St., New Orleans.
“As we mark 100 years of Xavier’s enduring legacy, it is especially meaningful to recognize this incredible group of alumni who are lighting the way for the next century,” said Kimberly Reese ‘95, Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement. “These honorees reflect the spirit and values of Xavier.”
This year’s 40 Under 40 honorees represent the next generation of leaders, trailblazers, and change agents who carry forward Xavier’s mission in fields ranging from medicine, law, education, and business to technology, media, entertainment, and public service. Each recipient has made remarkable strides before the age of 40, demonstrating the transformative power of a Xavier education.
“Being named to Xavier’s 40 Under 40 is not just a recognition of success, it’s a celebration of how Xavierites are impacting the world,” said Marcia Pecot, Ed.D. ‘96, Director of Alumni Relations. “As we honor the past 100 years, we are proud to shine a light on those shaping the next 100.”
